Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Tredegar is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Tredegar and across the United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight management services, including the prescribing and dispensing of prescription-only medicines (POMs) where clinically appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers comply with all relevant UK clinical guidelines and GPhC standards. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the indicated treatment and patient. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescription medicine supplied to you.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. We may request follow-up information or consultations at any time to ensure your continued safety.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
Your payment will only be processed once your order has been submitted. A prescription will only be dispensed following clinical approval. If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed and approved.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked, discreet packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our published contact details.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for legal and safety reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refund requests for subscription or repeat services must be made before the next billing cycle is processed.
The information provided through our platform is for clinical and informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice from your GP or primary healthcare provider. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service.
We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose accurate medical information during your consultation. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
